The Founder and Executive Pastry Chef of Chocal8kiss, Sonam Sondhi, is a seasoned chef who has had the privilege and honor to work with some of the best in the industry. As a graduate of the World's Premier Culinary School, The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Sondhi is highly trained in all areas of baking and pastry. She began her career at the Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ under the tutelage of acclaimed pastry Chef Thaddeus Dubois. Her hunger for success and her strive for excellence later led her to accept the position as A La Carte Pastry Chef at the Manor, a well-known fine dining restaurant in West Orange, New Jersey.
